What happens?

First outpatient visit

After your hospital discharge, your doctor will put you in a Cardiac Rehabilitation program. An initial outpatient doctor's visit will be scheduled. During the visit, your doctor will conduct several initial tests to determine goals to be set during the program. ​​​​​

These tests will be determined by your doctor according to your needs.

Subsequent doctor visits

Our clinic staff will plan and schedule following doctor's visits. There will be 3 to 5 doctor's visits depending on your condition and severity.
